How do I request a custom coin quotation?+
Share your design idea, quantity, coin size, preferred material, delivery destination and required delivery date. Send these details through the RFQ form so artwork, pricing and the project schedule can be reviewed.
Which materials can I discuss for my project?+
Our core material directions are 999 silver, 999 copper, brass, zinc alloy and titanium alloy. Final specifications, purity documentation and finish suitability must be confirmed in the quotation.
What is the minimum order for custom coins?+
Custom coin orders start from 1 piece. You can request a single custom coin or discuss a larger order. Material, design and production requirements are confirmed during project review.
How long do sampling and production take?+
Sampling typically takes 7 working days after approval of the production design. Production typically takes 15 working days after sample approval. Lead times are estimates and subject to project confirmation. Shipping time is additional.
