Provide Pantone references or approved brand values and mark the relevant areas. Screens, color cards and metal can differ. Production files establish the intended colors; the physical sample confirms the appearance before bulk production.
Related Details ↗Link to this answerHow do coin materials compare?+
Zinc Alloy supports complex cast shapes and deep relief. Brass and 999 Copper suit substantial traditional struck designs. 999 Silver should be specified by weight as well as dimensions. Titanium Alloy needs grade and process review. Material samples for purity testing can be provided on request.
Related Details ↗Link to this answerWhich coin sizes are available?+
Reference ranges: Zinc Alloy 30–60 mm (1.18–2.36 inches); 999 Copper or Brass 20–65 mm (0.79–2.56 inches). Oversized designs can measure 65–200 mm (2.56–7.87 inches). For irregular outlines provide width and height. Millimetres govern; inch equivalents are approximate.

Related Details ↗Link to this answerWhich edge options can I choose?+
Standard, rope, leaf, cross-cut, spur, oblique-line and bezel-style patterns, lettering or numbering can be reviewed alongside the displayed Reeded Edge option. How are custom coins made?+
The design determines whether coins are struck, minted or cast. Production involves artwork, tooling, forming, surface preparation, finishing, coloring or engraving, any required assembly, inspection and packing.
Related Details ↗Link to this answerWhich manufacturing process is right for my design?+
Struck or minted routes suit traditional relief; die-cast Zinc Alloy supports complex forms. Soft enamel gives recessed color, hard enamel a smoother surface, and UV printing handles gradients and photographs. We assess material, relief, finish, quantity, budget and timing together.

These are planning estimates; confirm the design-specific weight and sample.
Related Details ↗Link to this answerHow is coin quality assessed?+
Compare the coin with the approved artwork and sample: text clarity, dimensions, alignment, relief, edge safety, finish, color, function, variable data, packaging and count. Recessed soft enamel and smooth hard enamel should be judged against their intended processes.
